Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
To be eligible for store credit, you item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned in its original packaging when possible

Please include your order # and the reason for your return.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Accessories
- Bodysuits, swimwear or intimate items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains or odor
Store Credit
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved.
If approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the eligible returned item.
Store credit may be used towards a future purchase at Palmera.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
